These terms govern your use of this website and any order you place with Alfia. By placing an order you accept them, so please read them first.

Using this site

You must be at least 18, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to buy from us. If you create an account you are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe it has been used without your permission.

You agree not to misuse the site — no attempts to gain unauthorised access, no scraping of our catalogue, and no use of the site for anything unlawful.

Our products

We describe each garment as accurately as we can, including fabric, measurements and care. Please note:

• Colours vary between screens. The shade you see may differ slightly from the garment.
• Measurements are taken flat and may vary by a small tolerance between pieces.
• Natural fabrics may show slight irregularities. This is a property of the material, not a fault.
• Stock is limited and a piece may sell out while it is in your cart.

Prices and payment

All prices are shown in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Shipping is calculated at checkout and shown before you confirm.

We accept bank transfer. Your order is held once placed and is confirmed when payment clears. If we do not receive payment within [number] hours, we may release the stock and cancel the order.

We may correct an obvious pricing error even after an order is placed. If we do, we will contact you first and you may confirm the corrected price or cancel for a full refund.

Orders

Your order is an offer to buy. Our confirmation email acknowledges receipt; a contract is formed only when we accept the order and dispatch it. We may decline an order where the item is unavailable, where payment cannot be verified, or where we suspect fraud.

Made-to-order pieces

Pieces marked Made to Order are produced for you after you buy and take longer to arrive. The expected window is shown on the product page. Where an order mixes made-to-order and ready-stock pieces, the whole order ships together once every item is ready, unless you ask us to split it.

Because these pieces are made for you specifically, they cannot be returned for a change of mind. Your rights where an item is faulty or not as described are unaffected.

Shipping and delivery

We ship within Indonesia through couriers including JNE. Shipping is complimentary on orders over Rp 3.000.000; otherwise the cost is shown at checkout. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees, and we are not responsible for delays caused by the courier, weather or customs.

Risk passes to you on delivery. Please check your parcel on arrival and tell us within [number] days if anything is damaged or missing.

It is your responsibility to give a complete and correct delivery address. We may charge you again for reshipping a parcel returned because of an incorrect address.

Returns and exchanges

Returns are governed by our Refund and Returns Policy, which forms part of these terms. In short: unworn, unwashed items in original condition with tags attached may be returned within [number] days of delivery, except for made-to-order pieces and items marked final sale. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected.

Cancellations

You may cancel before dispatch by contacting us, and we will refund in full. Once an order has been dispatched, our returns policy applies instead. Made-to-order pieces may only be cancelled before production begins.

Intellectual property

All content on this site — photography, text, designs, the Alfia name and logo — belongs to us or our licensors. You may not reproduce or use it commercially without our written permission.

Our liability

We are responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach of these terms. We are not liable for business losses, loss of profit, or loss arising from your misuse of a garment or failure to follow its care instructions. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

Events outside our control

We are not liable for failure to perform where it is caused by something beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, courier failure or interruption of utilities. We will contact you and, where the delay is substantial, you may cancel for a refund.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of [city].

Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published when you place your order, so please check this page before buying.
